It is the responsibly of the person/s hiring a car from Days of Yore Wedding Cars that dates, times and routes are correct, the driver will only use a route agreed by the hirer and Days of Yore Wedding Cars.
A £100 booking fee will be required and will be confirmed by letter from Days of Yore Wedding Cars along with a receipt.
Booking fees are non returnable.
The final balance will be due 28 days before the wedding or event.
Refunds for cancellations will be the cost of money paid for hiring the car less the £100 non returnable booking fee up to 29 days leading up to the event.
No refunds will be considered in the twenty eight days leading up to the date of event.
Days of Yore Wedding Cars will endeavour to supply your chosen car; Days of Yore reserve the right to supply an alternative car if the original car becomes unavailable.
If the Hirer does not agree with the alternative then this will be classed as a cancellation and the full cost will become due.
Any other charges, such as parking fees, tolls and such like, will be charged at cost.
All hires will be up to three hours, any over runs will incur a charge of £50 an hour or part of the hour.
Days of Yore Wedding Cars are insured for passenger carriage and third party only; the cars will be driven by Days of Yore Wedding Car drivers only.
No alcohol will be permitted in the cars apart from Champagne supplied by Days of Yore Wedding Cars.
Persons who appear to be drunk will not be allowed in any cars supplied by Days of Yore Wedding Cars. Any money paid will not be refunded and any outstanding balance will be due.
